A health questionnaire will be sent out prior to your initial appointment. This is a comprehensive review of your health symptoms, lifestyle and goals.

We will also ask you to bring/list any medication or supplements you are currently taking and any applicable pathology results. Please note; never stop taking any prescription medication without your doctor's consent.

Follow-up Consultations (30,45 or 60mins)
Follow-up consultations allow us to review your progress and see which of the recommendations have worked well for you. We may need to adjust things a little but the basics of eating 'real' food, moving your body, adequate sleep and minimising stress are the cornerstones of preventative medicine.
What to expect in the consultation:

A full review of recommendations and a discussion around how things are working for you

Address any new symptoms/ change in circumstances since the last consultation

Review and explanation of any test results

Further development of tailored nutrition and meals plans, including foods to avoid, therapeutic foods & customised recipes

Lifestyle coaching: meal planning, where to shop, reducing household chemicals, going toxin free, mindfulness when eating.

Recommendations to suit you. These may include: integrative GP, integrative dentist, yoga, meditation, chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncture, kinesiology or simply more time outdoors for some Vitamin D.
