Private Clients

Private consultations are custom designed to meet your specific needs and goals. We will work with you one-on-one to counsel, motivate and support you. This is a holistic, preventative approach to wellness.
A health questionnaire will be sent out prior to your initial appointment.  This is a comprehensive review of your health symptoms, lifestyle and goals.
What to expect in the consultation:
  • Analysis of your health questionnaire and the opportunity for you to share your goals and concerns in a supportive space
  • A comprehensive look at your health and medical history
  • Assessment of your food and nutrient intake
  • Tailored nutrition advice and a personal diet plan
  • An honest look at your sleeping patterns
  • Recommendations for useful functional pathology testing. Profiles include: comprehensive biochemical analysis, full thyroid, female/male hormone assays,  testing for coeliac markers, Vit B12 and folate deficiency, MTHFR/methylation/pyrroles, stress/fatigue, insulin resistance, SIBO breath testing.
  • Stress management techniques
  • Chemical exposure analysis (heavy metal analysis if required)
  • A discussion around your treatment timeline with lots of encouragement and support
  • Tailored information emailed to you following your consultation.
We will also ask you to bring/list any medication or supplements you are currently taking and any applicable pathology results. Please note; never stop taking any prescription medication without your doctor's consent.

Health fund rebates are available with many funds including: Australian Unity, GU Health, AHM, HBF, Medibank Private and Westfund.

Follow-up Consultations (30,45 or 60mins)

Follow-up consultations allow us to review your progress and see which of the recommendations have worked well for you. We may need to adjust things a little but the basics of eating 'real' food, moving your body, adequate sleep and minimising stress are the cornerstones of preventative medicine.

What to expect in the consultation:

  • A full review of recommendations and a discussion around how things are working for you

  • Address any new symptoms/ change in circumstances since the last consultation

  • Goal review/setting

  • Review and explanation of any test results

  • Further development of tailored nutrition and meals plans, including foods to avoid, therapeutic foods & customised recipes

  • Review of sleep 'hygiene'

  • Lifestyle coaching: meal planning, where to shop, reducing household chemicals, going toxin free, mindfulness when eating.

  • Recommendations to suit you. These may include: integrative GP, integrative dentist, yoga, meditation, chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncture, kinesiology or simply more time outdoors for some Vitamin D.
